The Baltimore Orioles have agreed to a deal to obtain slugging third baseman Mark Reynolds from the Arizona Diamondbacks in return for minor league prospects.
Arizona will receive right-handed pitching prospects Kam Mickolio and David Hernandez, the sources said.
The 27-year-old Reynolds has 121 homers in four major league seasons, all with Arizona. He also has struck out over 200 times each of the past three seasons, including a major league record 223 in 2009.
Last season Reynolds hit .198 with 32 homers and 85 RBIs. How does this shake up the AL East or does it at all? Leave your opinion Below
